Scalped

Went to this place for a quick haircut. Took maybe 15 minutes. When I went to pay they said it was $25. There are no signs anywhere that I saw and I think that is against the law. Had I knew it was that much especially since I did not have a big head of hair to manage I would not have gone there. Beware
