Horrible haircut

I normally don't submit negative reviews unless the service/product quality is particularly poor. Thus the reason for this review. Would give zero stars if I could. No exaggeration to say the worst haircut of my life, speedily navigated in a mere 15 minutes, which reflects Rob's interest in providing quality.
I think I may have been able to do a more professional looking cut by firing up my hedge clippers or even my weed whacker! Virtually no attention to the finishing details I have gotten at other shops, even years ago when my budget limited me to Supercuts and the like. I have tipped generously, so I'm not sure why the poor performance.
